A studio built for the long game.
globalxtl is the games brand of GlobalXchange Tech Limited. We are a distributed team of designers, engineers and growth operators who believe casual play deserves the same rigour as any premium production — fast to prototype, ruthless about metrics, generous with partners.
Frictionless joy,
engineered at scale
We started with a simple question: why do so many casual games feel disposable? Our answer was to treat every title as a product with a lifespan — not a one-week trend.
That means investing in the unglamorous parts: instrumentation before features, economy design before monetisation, compliance before launch. It also means treating developer partners as co-owners of the outcome, with shared dashboards and honest numbers.

How we got here
Seven years, one strategy: earn attention with feel, keep it with systems.
GlobalXchange Tech Limited is founded
A small engineering team in Hong Kong, China begins building lightweight game frameworks and ad-mediation tooling.
First in-house release reaches 10M downloads
The studio pivots fully to casual games and establishes its internal prototype-to-store pipeline.
Publishing arm opens to third-party studios
UA financing and shared-dashboard reporting launch with a first cohort of external developer partners.
Creative lab and playable-ad pipeline ship
In-house creative production scales to 40+ ad variants per month, built on live game builds.
Portfolio reaches 26 titles across 190+ markets
globalxtl operates as a full-stack studio and publisher, with LiveOps running continuously across the catalogue.
The rules we actually work by
Not a values poster. These are the decision rules that settle arguments inside the studio.
Feel is the first metric
Before analytics, a build must pass the studio test: does the core action feel good with the sound off and the numbers hidden?
Instrument everything
If a feature cannot be measured, it does not get a roadmap slot. Events are designed alongside the UI, never bolted on.
Own the stack
Mediation, config, analytics and release tooling are ours. Owning the pipeline is what makes two-week cycles realistic.
Kill fast, kill clean
Most prototypes should die. Teams get full credit for a well-documented negative result.
Localise, don't translate
Cultural review is part of the build, not a post-launch patch. Storefronts are rewritten per market, not word-swapped.
Player trust compounds
Honest ads, audited drop rates, no dark patterns aimed at children. Trust is the cheapest user acquisition channel there is.
Come build the
next one with us
We hire people who ship. Distributed by default, asynchronous by habit, and small enough that your work is visible from prototype to the top of a chart.
Open roles
Bring us something worth scaling.
Prototypes, live titles that plateaued, or a genre we have not touched yet — we are interested in all three.
